Our Support Coordinators and Support Workers will focus on building skills which includes working with you to find and connect to services such as housing, employment, government systems, social supports and advocacy services.  

If you’re wanting to link into cultural activities, sport, art, music, exercise, volunteering, knitting, fishing, photography or anything else our Support Coordinators and Support Workers will help you find the most appropriate services. 

We are an independent service which provides impartial advice and focuses on your needs and your needs only.

We provide a personalized and dedicated service to ensure U are reaching your goals. 

• Our Support Coordinators work alongside you to understand your needs and desires and identify your goals so we can build the best support plan for you. 
• Our Support Coordinators contact a range of appropriate service providers to gauge their availability, discuss your options and arrange a meeting for you to meet with them to allow you to make the right choice. This allows you to have control of your support, and organize agreements, services and prices to ensure that you are getting the most out of your budget. 
• At U Do U Boo, our Support Coordinators will provide ongoing support for you throughout your NDIS plan to ensure that everything is running smoothly. When your plan is up for review, we can assist with that too. We will coordinate reports from your support providers, including therapists, to ensure the NDIS have the evidence required to provide reasonable and necessary funding for your next plan. 

How a U Do U Boo support coordinator will assist you  

• Explain your NDIS plan, the different Support Categories how you can best utilize it for you 
• Help you to set up your mygov account, connect to the NDIS Participant Portal and assist you in navigating the NDIS portal 
• Help you monitor and track your plan and ensure your plan is on budget 
• Support you to set up Services Agreements and Service Bookings with your chosen Service Providers 
• Build your capacity to exercise choice and control over your supports and your life 
• Address any issues you have throughout your plan or service providers 
• Connect you to all service providers: mainstream, community and funded 
• Prepare for your yearly plan review and place you in the best possible position to achieve future goals 
• Support you in aligning your individual goals against your NDIS plan and monitoring progress to ensure best service
